Pacific BMW is seeking to hire a Body Shop Receptionist to serve as the main point of contact for clients visiting or calling the Pacific Collision Center. This position reports to Andrew Batenhorst, Body Shop Manager. The department hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is a full-time position, paid hourly starting at $19.00.

Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a front desk receptionist or customer service representative
- Automotive dealership or collision center experience is a plus
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to learn dealership management and body shop software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Multilingual is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical Requirements:
- Surroundings: air-conditioned areas inside the Collision Center, and outdoors, where there is exposure to loud noises, car fumes, and the weather
- Regularly: Sitting, standing, walking, grasping, grabbing objects, typing
- Occasionally: bending, twisting, and/or stooping, kneeling and/or squatting, climbing stairs, lifting, reaching and lifting overhead, pushing and pulling
Duties include:
- Create an excellent first impression by welcoming clients professionally
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them accurately
- Schedule customer appointments and coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups.
- Coordinate communication between customers, technicians and client care team regarding repair status.
- Support the Collision Center with various clerical and administrative tasks
- Maintain organization in the reception and customer waiting area
- Escalate customer concerns to management promptly and professionally
- Ensure customer information is handled confidentially and follow policies for record keeping
- Perform miscellaneous tasks, projects and duties as assigned by management
