Pacific BMW is looking to hire a Lease-Return Inspector responsible for engaging with clients during the lease-end process at the Dealership. The primary goal is to inspect returning vehicles, guide customers through lease-end options, finalize paperwork, and help retain customers for their next vehicle purchase. This position reports to the Sales Management Team. The Sales Department Hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-9pm & Saturday 9am-7pm & Sunday 10am-6pm. This is a full-time position that pays hourly, non-negotiable and non-commission-based.

Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with vehicle inspections in a dealership environment
- Understanding knowledge of lease contracts, rules, and auto insurance policies
- Superior work ethic and professionalism

Physical Requirements
- Surroundings: ability to move throughout the facility for most of the shift, spend time outdoors in lots exposed to the weather, and spend some time indoors in air-conditioned areas
- Regularly: sitting: 30%, standing: 20%, walking: 50%
- Frequently: Bending, grabbing objects, twisting and/or stooping, kneeling and/or squatting, climbing stairs, lifting, reaching and/or lifting overhead, pulling and pushing
Job Specific Duties include:
- Assist the Lease-end Manager with the administrative and physical aspects of BMW lease returns
- Perform pre-inspections and final turn-in inspections to assess mileage, tire wear, and excess wear-and tear
- Deliver a professional and courteous experience to clients by answering questions and explaining lease-end options
- Verify the return of all original accessories, owner's manuals, and both set of keys
- Process all transactions in CRM and OEM Financial platforms
- Multi-task between physical management of vehicles and desk duties to ensure completion of lease-end documentation
- Assist in examining, updating and correcting the physical and electronic inventory control systems as needed
- Take pictures of lease return vehicles for Safelease claims
- Drive vehicles, park, and organize inventory from lot to lot
- Handle DMV online release of liability
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing department goals
