Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close procedures
- Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for leadership review
- Record and maintain accounting transactions, including journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and intercompany activity to ensure accuracy
- Support vendor payment processes, including onboarding, invoice processing, and payment preparation
- Help coordinate recurring financial obligations such as occupancy costs, tax payments, and other contractual expenses
- Track and maintain fixed asset records and related depreciation schedules
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Participate in special projects, reporting requests, and financial analysis as needed
