Desktop Technician
Financial Additions is assisting a reputable client in Fort Worth with a Desktop Technician position. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience as desktop technician or customer support and excellent job tenure.
This position is in office but could have hybrid flexibility down the road.
What you will do:
- Serve as contact for customers needing technical assistance via phone, email or ticketing systems
- Determine solutions to desktop hardware and internal component issues
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other devices
- Manage Cisco Webex VoIP desk phones
- Deliver excellent customer service to customers and employees
What qualifications you will bring:
- Bachelors in computer science or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience as help desk technician or customer support role
- Experience troubleshooting common issues
- Advanced knowledge of PC and desktop hardware
- Excellent job stability and tenure
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
