Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the full cycle accounting operations
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and preparation of monthly financial statements using QuickBooks
- Reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards and other accounts
- Assist with audits
- Direct purchasing process and budget process
- Oversee HR related items, such as benefits, payroll and 401k
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 4 years experience with full cycle accounting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or other ERP system
- Human Resources Background
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
