Financial Additions is searching for an experienced senior-level Accounts Payable professional for an in-office position located in Dallas. This is a direct hire opportunity reporting to the AP Manager. Ideal candidate will be a team player with 5 years of AP experience and an Oil & Gas background. Accounting team is growing and they are looking for the right AP rock star to join them!
Responsibilities include:
- Review, validate, and process detailed/complex invoices.
- Strong understanding of coding.
- Identify and research AP discrepancies and resolve coding or processing errors.
- Reconciliation of vendor statements
- Process expense reports.
- Assist with month-end close activities as needed.
Qualifications include:
- 5 years' experience in a position responsible for high-level AP duties.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good job tenure
- College degree desired but not required if candidate has great experience.
