Financial Additions is working with a growing client advisory group looking for an Accounting Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and review monthly, quarterly, and annual client accounting workflows, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high-quality financial reporting.
- Manage client relationships through recurring meetings, delivery of management reports, and consultative support to address complex accounting and finance needs.
- Oversee client onboarding, project scoping, billing, and workflow efficiency while coordinating cross-functional collaboration with tax and assurance teams.
- Coach and develop team members, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and information security standards.
Qualifications
- CPA or CPA Candidate preferred
- Strong technical accounting and financial analysis expertise, including financial statement interpretation and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate value to clients.
- Experience with accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Xero, Sage Intacct, and similar technology solutions.
- Client advisory or public accounting experience, with familiarity in sales tax, payroll processes, and team leadership/development preferred.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
