Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all stages of tax engagements, including planning, execution, review, and coordination, working closely with senior leadership
- Prepare and review a variety of tax filings, including federal and multi-state returns for individuals and business entities, along with supporting documentation
- Perform research on complex tax topics and assist in developing written analyses and technical summaries
- Assist with tax audits and examinations, including gathering documentation and supporting interactions with regulatory agencies
- Manage assigned projects to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to budget expectations
- Collaborate with internal team members and maintain strong client relationships through clear and professional communication
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members when appropriate
- Uphold high standards of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables
Qualifications
- Active CPA license or currently pursuing certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline
- 3–5 years of tax experience within a public accounting environment
- Experience handling more complex individual and entity-level tax work
- Strong analytical thinking, technical knowledge, and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
