Manufacturing Controller

Must have manufacturing experience, CPA, public accounting or publicly traded company experience!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations for the manufacturing division.
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Oversee cost accounting and cost management activities.
• Evaluate depreciation schedules and advise leadership on financial impacts related to tax changes.
• Provide support to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed.
• Perform financial analysis to support plant leadership in decision-making.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
• Design and implement KPIs and real-time reporting tools to enhance operational visibility.
• Provide financial insight into daily operational decisions.
• Drive team performance through training and professional development initiatives.
