The Researcher will identify, engage, and deliver exceptional talent across specialist renewable energy and data center markets while partnering closely with experienced consultants to provide an outstanding recruitment service.

You Will Need

• 12-24 months of recruitment experience in either a 180 or 360 recruitment role.
• Strong candidate sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine interest in renewable energy, infrastructure, or technical markets.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A collaborative mindset with the ambition to continue developing your career.
