The Role
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will take on a pivotal role, managing a 360 desk across specialist areas within financial services. The position offers a chance to make impactful placements at top-tier private equity firms, investment banks, and mid-market boutiques.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will:
- Develop and manage a 360 recruitment desk in one of the following specialist areas: CFO & Senior Finance, Corporate Finance & M&A, Private Equity, Real Assets, Credit, or Investor Relations.
- Partner with exclusive and retained clients, primarily in mid- to large-cap PE and investment banking, to deliver on high-fee executive searches.
- Collaborate with international teams to share resources and strengthen relationships with renowned clients.
- Champion diversity within recruitment practices, supporting the client’s commitment to inclusive and equitable hiring.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment or executive search role, preferably within financial services or a related sector.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and candidates, along with the ability to maintain long-term connections.
- Confidence in managing high-value roles and securing retained or exclusive assignments.
- Driven and goal-oriented, with an eye for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly across teams and locations.
