This is a full-time, on-site Escrow role at our Roseville, CA location. The Escrow Officer will manage all facets of the escrow process, including preparing documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and facilitating transactions. The role includes maintaining communication with clients, addressing questions or concerns, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth closing process. The position requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to meeting deadlines and resolving issues promptly.
- Proficient in escrow processes, including document preparation, escrow account management, and transaction coordination
- Advanced understanding of title insurance documentation and real estate transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Prior experience in an escrow or title-related role is preferred
- Knowledge of escrow management software and associated tools is a plus
- High school diploma required; additional certifications or a bachelor's degree are an advantage
