About the Opportunity
Fidelity National Title, a Fortune 300 company and a leading provider of title insurance and escrow services, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Escrow Assistant to join our team in Truckee, California.
This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment while supporting successful real estate transactions from opening to closing. You will work closely with experienced Escrow Officers, real estate agents, lenders, and clients to help deliver exceptional service and seamless closings.
What You’ll Do
As an Escrow Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the escrow process, including:
- Assist in opening new escrow files and processing transactions
- Prepare and review escrow documents and instructions
- Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction
- Order payoffs, demands, and necessary closing documentation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of files while maintaining timelines
- Schedule signings and support closing logistics
- Provide responsive, high-level customer service to all parties involved
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
