Overview
Ferretti Search is partnering with one of our premier clients to identify a skilled Applications Analyst / Developer II with 4–6 years of hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds and enterprise integration platforms. This is an onsite role supporting an active, critical project. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, with strong capabilities in custom development, systems integration, platform automation, and platform governance to ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Interpret complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical stories and technical documentation.
- Build and optimize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Visualforce, and custom CSS.
- Implement and manage efficient synchronous and asynchronous processes, including Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs.
- Design and maintain Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules for business process automation while enforcing platform governance limits and best practices.
- Seamlessly integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
- Apply strict platform security standards and ensure adherence to best practices for data, code, and integration security.
- Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and advanced troubleshooting for complex integration scenarios.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of dedicated Salesforce development experience, with specific exposure to Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- 2 years of hands-on development experience utilizing Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and CSS.
- Proven experience with enterprise middleware integrations, external REST/SOAP APIs, and handling both synchronous and asynchronous processes.
- Advanced expertise in Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, batch processing, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security architecture, governor limits, and data management best practices.
Certifications
- Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator & Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Preferred: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI)
