Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Developer with experience building and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions across multiple cloud environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while contributing to the ongoing enhancement of a highly integrated Salesforce platform.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce customization, application development, integrations, automation, and platform optimization. This individual will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver secure, high-performing solutions that support evolving business needs.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience supporting enterprise implementations.
- Strong experience developing solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and custom styling (CSS).
- Experience gathering, interpreting, and translating business requirements into technical designs and user stories.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous and scheduled processing, including Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Experience designing and maintaining Salesforce automation using Flows and other declarative platform capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, sharing models, governor limits, and development best practices.
- Experience building scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce applications in an enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and functional teams.
Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) – Required
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) – Required
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, enhance, and support Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, recommend technical solutions, and convert business needs into well-defined technical specifications.
- Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and related technologies.
- Configure and enhance platform automation through Salesforce Flows and other native automation features.
- Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications using MuleSoft, REST APIs, and SOAP services.
- Develop and maintain both synchronous and asynchronous processing solutions, including batch jobs, scheduled processes, and queueable operations.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and peer code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, integration challenges, and platform performance concerns while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all development follows Salesforce security standards, platform governance, and established coding best practices.
- Monitor platform health and recommend enhancements that improve scalability, performance, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
- Work collaboratively within Agile development teams, contributing throughout the software development lifecycle from design through deployment and ongoing support.
