Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integration platforms. This will be an Onsite position (Richardson office) all 5 days, for a 6 month contract, with a possibility of extension. We will be doing a couple of rounds for technical interview. As this is required for an ongoing project, we are looking for a candidate who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales, Service and Experience Cloud. The role requires strong capabilities in custom development, integration, automation, and platform governance, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Experience Clouds
- Strong in interpreting business requirements and documenting them for writing strong technical stories
- Developed Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura components, and custom CSS
- Implement synchronous and asynchronous processes including Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs
- Design and maintain Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules for business process automation
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft
- Apply platform security standards, enforce governance limits, and ensure adherence to best practices for data, code, and integration security
- Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and troubleshooting complex integration scenarios
- Optimize Salesforce performance and maintain scalability while ensuring compliance with Salesforce limits and security standards
Required Skills
- 4–6 years of Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
- 2 year development experience in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and CSS
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft integrations, external APIs, and synchronous/asynchronous processes
- Expertise in Flows, platform automation, batch processing, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security, governance limits, and platform best practices
- Experience in implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions
Education Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) — Required
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) — Required
- Salesforce Platform Developer I — Preferred
