Location: Confidential (United States) – On-site
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base salary
Schedule: Full-time, on-site

What will your day look like?
- Quality Systems Leadership: Oversee quality assurance, quality control, audits, corrective actions, and compliance with customer and regulatory standards
- Continuous Improvement: Drive root cause analysis, monitor KPIs, reduce defects and scrap, and support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with operations and engineering on process improvements, product launches, supplier quality, and customer-facing quality initiatives
Who are you?
- Manufacturing Quality Leader: 5 years of quality leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Process Improvement Expert: Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO standards, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Hands-On Communicator: Analytical and detail-oriented professional with the ability to influence teams across the organization
