Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a manufacturing organization to locate their next Plant Manager.
- Location: Quincy, IL (On-site)
- Compensation: $140,000–$1800,000 base bonus
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

What will your day look like?
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and safety.
- Performance Management: Track KPIs such as throughput, scrap, downtime, and labor efficiency; implement corrective actions.
- Team Development: Lead and develop supervisors and frontline teams to build a high-performance culture.
- Process Improvement: Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Production Planning: Align production schedules with demand, inventory levels, and customer requirements.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with supply chain, engineering, and finance to optimize operations and support business goals.
Who are you?
- Experienced Plant Leader: 8 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including plant-level responsibility.
- Operations-Focused: Strong understanding of production processes, maintenance, and quality systems.
- Lean Mindset: Experience driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- People Leader: Proven ability to lead teams, develop talent, and improve workplace culture.
- Results-Driven: Ability to manage performance through data, metrics, and accountability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
