- Educational Foundation: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable Professionalism: You have a solid attendance record and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, capable of operating a medium-duty truck to navigate between district sites.
- Physical Strength & Agility: You are built for the "strenuous" life—able to lift up to 100 lbs., work comfortably off ladders and scaffolding, and navigate confined spaces with ease.
Your Impact (Key Duties)
- Systems Maintenance: Perform critical electrical and plumbing repairs to keep our lighting and water systems running smoothly.
- Structural Upkeep: Execute drywall patching, painting, and tile replacement (vinyl, quarry, and ceramic) to maintain our "New Chapter" aesthetic.
- Hardware & Security: Repair and replace doors, closers, panic hardware, and student lockers to ensure building safety and security.
- Envelope Protection: Inspect and repair various roofing systems (EPDM, shingles, modified) to keep our learning environments dry and secure.
- General Carpentry: Perform building-wide carpentry tasks and window treatment repairs to ensure every classroom is functional and welcoming.
