This role is ideal for a payroll professional who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and collaboration. You’ll play a key part in ensuring timely, compliant payroll processes while supporting HR and administrative functions that keep our people at the center of everything we do.
What You’ll Do
Payroll & Compliance
Process accurate weekly payroll for U.S. employees.
Track time and calculate wages for Prevailing Wage employees.
Prepare and submit Certified Payroll Reports (LCPTracker, eComply).
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and maintain organized records.
Support audits, manage 401K/vacation pay tracking, and collaborate closely with HR & Finance.
HR & Administrative Support
Ensure wages and benefits align with Prevailing Wage and contract requirements.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Help track diversity initiatives and maintain Apprenticeship Program compliance.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
3 years of payroll processing experience (construction or public sector preferred).
Strong knowledge of Certified Payroll and Prevailing Wage regulations.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation required.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills required.
