E-Commerce Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and creative professional to join our Marketing team as an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and print channels to promote products and services, generate demand, and support company growth.

JOB DUTIES:
- Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data
- Design and deploy cohesive content and messaging across marketing channels
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automations
- Build and maintain brand social media presence
- Create and optimize website content for SEO, including blogs, landing pages, and product pages
- Work with manufacturers, third parties, and internal teams to acquire marketing assets
- Manage and coordinate paid search campaigns and third-party PPC agencies
- Oversee online reputation management and respond to reviews and social communications
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance across email, social, paid search, and onsite metrics
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more marketing disciplines (Email, SEO, SEM, Social, CRM, etc.)
- Stay current on marketing best practices and share insights with the team
- Write clear, compelling, and effective marketing copy
- Collaborate with Customer Service to understand customer impact and feedback
- Participate in team training, planning sessions, and marketing initiatives
- Complete other tasks and projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
- 2 years of eCommerce or digital marketing experience
- Experience with email marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media
- Completion of Google Analytics and Google Ads training preferred
- Proven experience executing high-volume email campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and creative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Writing sample required
- Required to be onsite, in our Rochester Hills office, at least 2 days per week
