Marketing Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and motivated individual to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn digital marketing fundamentals and grow into a Marketing Specialist role over time. This position supports the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels while gaining hands-on experience in eCommerce marketing.

JOB DUTIES:
- Assist with execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and web
- Support email marketing efforts, including list management and campaign setup
- Assist with content creation and updates for websites, blogs, and landing pages
- Support SEO initiatives through content optimization and research
- Assist with social media content scheduling and engagement monitoring
- Coordinate marketing assets and work with internal teams and vendors
- Support reporting and performance tracking across marketing channels
- Assist with product launches and promotional campaigns
- Participate in marketing team meetings, training, and development opportunities
- Complete other tasks and projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 0–2 years of marketing, eCommerce, or related experience (internships welcome)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, and analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Writing sample preferred
- Required to be onsite at least 2 days per week
