About the Role
The Restaurant Manager (RM) partners closely with the General Manager (GM) and Multi-Unit Manager to drive the restaurant’s overall success. From service quality to financial performance, you’ll be the face of our business and the leader who motivates our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
What You’ll Do
Lead and inspire the team to deliver excellent guest service and food quality.
Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
Create and manage operating routines, ensuring proper cash handling, food & bar production, inventory, purchasing, and safe food handling.
Foster a motivating, team-oriented environment that’s fun and engaging.
Step in with hands-on support in food production, equipment repair, and facility upkeep when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Prior restaurant supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Basic computer skills and comfort with financial statements.
Ability to work nights and weekends and 45 hours per week).
A hands-on leader with a passion for guest service and team development.
Salary : $50,000 - $52,000
