For over 18 years, Felipe’s has been serving scratch-made Mexican food and hand-squeezed Key Lime Margaritas in New Orleans and Southwest Florida. We are all about small batches, fresh ingredients, and great service. Now, we’re looking for passionate bartenders to join our team and create memorable experiences for our guests.
What You’ll Do as a Bartender
- Embody our ARRIBA standards (Attentive, Respectful, Resourceful, Interactive, Busy, Accountable) and serve guests with our SALSA approach (Smile, Acknowledge, Listen, Suggest, Always thank).
- Deliver exceptional hospitality, guiding guests with accurate information about our menu, service style, and values.
- Prepare Felipe's signature Key Lime Margaritas using freshly squeezed citrus and Felipe’s approved recipes.
- Maintain the bar’s cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance, ensuring quality service and drinks for all guests.
- Follow strict carding policies and ensure compliance with our Responsible Vendor standards.
- Collaborate with your team during busy hours and assist in deep cleaning duties to maintain high operational standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Team members who are 21 years or older with a valid Responsible Vendor Permit.
- Experience in guest service with a preference for prior server or bartender experience.
- Availability to work both lunch and dinner shifts.
- A positive attitude, a commitment to team collaboration, and a passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
