About the Role

At Felipe's, our Shift Leads oversee the Heladería (dessert station) while helping create an exceptional guest experience. You'll lead by example, coach team members, maintain high standards for quality and cleanliness, and ensure every dessert is prepared quickly, accurately, and consistently.

You'll work closely with the Restaurant Managers and General Manager to support daily operations and help your team succeed.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Heladería team and set the standard for guest service

• Prepare desserts and specialty menu items according to Felipe's standards

• Train, coach, and mentor team members

• Ensure all recipes are prepared accurately and consistently

• Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked dessert station

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Assist with inventory, ordering, and daily pars

• Support the Manager on Duty with daily operations

• Step in wherever needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred

• Leadership or training experience is a plus

• Excellent guest service and communication skills

• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Shift Availability

• Full-time position

• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts

• Weekend availability required
