We are seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Financial Analyst. This role will provide critical support in reporting, analysis, and audit coordination. The analyst will play an integral part in ensuring accurate financial insights that guide decision‑making.Key Responsibilities• Act as a liaison between finance contacts and external auditors during the Combined Financial Statements (CFS) audit process.• Gather and validate financial projections over a rolling three‑year horizon; perform variance analysis and ensure consistency.• Conduct benchmarking studies on submissions to highlight trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.• Assist in drafting the annual accounting memo, summarizing key financial updates and requirements.• Review and support weekly reporting to confirm compliance with established standards.• Research accounting guidance and provide recommendations as needed.• Serve as the primary contact for billing requisitions, financial communications, and updates to the platform.Qualifications• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.• Experience: 2–3 years in public accounting, FP&A, corporate finance, or another strategic finance role.Skills & Attributes• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Index/Match, VLOOKUPs, macros preferred), PowerPoint, and Office 365.• Comfortable working with large datasets, including extraction, transformation, and preliminary analytics.• Ability to create executive‑level summaries and trend reports for senior stakeholders.• Resourceful, responsive, and adaptable, with strong initiative and follow‑through.• Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar forecasting tools is a plus.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
