Responsibilities
- Architect tax-advantaged financing structures to enhance returns across renewable energy projects
- Lead full lifecycle execution of tax equity transactions from origination through closing
- Build and refine financial models to assess cash flow, returns, and partnership structures
- Serve as the primary liaison to investors, lenders, and external advisors
- Interpret evolving tax legislation and energy incentives to inform deal strategy
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration and compliance post-transaction
- Evaluate market dynamics to identify new financing opportunities and improve deal outcomes
- Advise senior leadership on tax equity strategy aligned with growth objectives
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience in tax equity financing or structured finance within energy or infrastructure
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, including scenario and return analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Advanced degree or certification (CPA, JD, or similar) is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex transactions
- Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity
Salary : $190,000 - $210,000
