Our client is seeking an AI Product Analyst to support the development and optimization of AI-driven digital products. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and governance, ensuring AI solutions are strategically aligned, operationally effective, and compliant with regulatory standards. The position plays a key role in translating data insights into actionable product decisions and enhancing overall digital experience outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AI product roadmap development in collaboration with product and data teams
- Contribute to rollout planning for new features, models, and enhancements
- Translate business objectives into data-driven product initiatives
- Evaluate regulatory requirements and assess risk exposure related to AI implementations
- Support governance frameworks to ensure compliance and responsible AI usage
- Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Monitor AI model performance and data integrity across platforms
- Support validation processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency
- Track key performance indicators and recommend improvements
- Oversee day-to-day performance of AI products and address issues impacting functionality
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve incidents and optimize performance
- Analyze user data, product metrics, and AI outputs to inform prioritization and planning
- Provide insights to support backlog refinement and sprint execution
- Stay current on AI trends, tools, and competitive developments
- Identify opportunities to enhance product capabilities and drive innovation
- Deliver regular updates on product performance, insights, and risks
- Serve as a resource for AI-related analytics and governance topics
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field required
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred
- 5 years in product analytics, AI, data analysis, or related roles
- Experience supporting digital or AI-driven product initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile development environments
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, financial services)
- Exposure to AI governance, model validation, or compliance frameworks
- Experience mentoring or guiding team members
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, deployment, and performance monitoring
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in iterative development environments
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, or similar analytics tools
Salary : $125,000 - $135,000
