Senior Analyst- Family Office Advisory
Job Description
We are partnering with a leading global investment firm to identify a Senior Analyst, Family Office Advisory to join their high-performing client team. This role supports ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, delivering a best-in-class client experience across wealth strategy, investments, and lifestyle management.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service
- Deliver proactive, high-touch support across client relationships including wealth strategy, investments, and lifestyle needs
- Assist in executing tax, legal, and estate planning strategies (trusts, gifting, philanthropy, etc.)
- Prepare and review client documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage bespoke client requests and special projects
Client Operations
- Support new client onboarding and account maintenance
- Monitor cash balances and assist with private banking needs
- Coordinate bill payments, investment funding, and capital calls
- Assist with investment documentation (subscriptions, purchase agreements, etc.)
Collaboration & Execution
- Partner with internal teams (investments, operations, treasury) to ensure seamless client delivery
- Act as a liaison to third-party advisors including legal, tax, and insurance professionals
- Maintain accurate client records and reporting in internal systems
Mentorship
- Support onboarding and training of junior team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of experience in family office, wealth management, or private client services
- Exposure to high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred
- Understanding of trusts, estate planning, or wealth structuring concepts is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
