Responsibilities
- Execute biweekly payroll for a multi-state employee population using an HRIS platform
- Ensure accuracy of earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings while maintaining compliance across jurisdictions
- Reconcile payroll outputs with financial records and resolve discrepancies in partnership with Finance
- Administer garnishments, audits, quarterly filings, and year-end reporting requirements
- Maintain and monitor integrations between payroll systems and external benefits providers
- Oversee benefits data accuracy, including eligibility, deductions, and vendor file feeds
- Perform monthly reconciliations of benefits invoices and investigate variances
- Analyze payroll and benefits data to identify trends, improve workflows, and support reporting needs
Qualifications
- 3β5 years of payroll experience, including multi-state processing
- Hands-on experience with UKG or a comparable HRIS/payroll system
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, lookups, and data analysis
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in HR, Finance, or Operations
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
