Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and automotive markets
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to support long-term growth
- Partner with outside sales teams to generate qualified leads and expand account opportunities
- Conduct outreach through calls, email campaigns, trade shows, and customer follow-up activities
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions within CRM platforms
- Support execution of sales strategies designed to increase revenue and market penetration
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align business development efforts
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably within industrial or manufacturing sectors
- Experience using CRM and sales automation tools including Salesforce, Outlook, or similar platforms
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented sales environment

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
