Lead enterprise-scale IT operations in a high-availability environment where reliability, governance, and service excellence directly support business performance. This role offers the opportunity to modernize IT operations, elevate service delivery, and shape operational strategy across complex, mission-critical systems.
Responsibilities
- Direct enterprise IT operations across technical support, application support, infrastructure coordination, and 24/7 operational service teams.
- Drive operational stability, scalability, and performance for business-critical systems supporting continuous operations.
- Serve as the senior escalation leader for major incidents, ensuring effective resolution management and executive communication.
- Strengthen and evolve IT service management processes including incident, change, problem, and request management practices.
- Implement proactive monitoring, automation, and operational improvements to increase uptime and reduce service disruptions.
- Partner cross-functionally with security, compliance, audit, infrastructure, and development teams to support secure and compliant production environments.
- Lead operational readiness efforts for system upgrades, enterprise application deployments, and technology modernization initiatives.
- Develop leadership teams, operational metrics, vendor relationships, budgeting strategies, and long-term service improvement programs.
Qualifications
- 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including leading enterprise IT operations or application support organizations.
- Strong background managing large-scale, 24/7 operational environments with governance, compliance, and service management responsibilities.
- Experience overseeing enterprise ITSM practices, operational incident management, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and technical stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Experience driving operational improvements through automation, analytics, and process optimization initiatives.
- Exposure to highly regulated industries, enterprise applications, or multi-site operational environments is highly valued.
Salary : $175,000 - $185,000
