In this position, you will report directly into the head of New Business Development and you will be responsible for New Client Acquisition (Hunter Role) focused on consultative selling of Artech's managed services, statement of work and contingent staffing services and solutions to Fortune 1000 client procurement teams, supplier diversity owners and Managed Services Providers (MSP).
Duties of job include:
- Develop strong business relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSP), Client Supplier Diversity, Client Category Procurement for Professional Services & Contingent Labor within the fortune 1000 industry
- Take the lead on opportunities that have been identified and put a plan in place and manage the plan - evolving the leads into real business relationships.
- Identity, acquire & schedule one-on-one meetings with the decision makers by cold calling, email, LinkedIn & other social media platforms
- Represent Artech at various conferences both locally & nationwide
- Maintain an ongoing pipeline of prospects / leads
Job Requirements:
- 3 - 4 years of experience working in Business Development, Sales, client facing settings
- Exposure to IT or engineering staffing and/or sales environments is a plus
- Self-motivated with proven track record meeting sales objectives by identifying, developing & closing staffing opportunities
- Great organizational skills throughout the sales process including database management, scheduling, reporting and document organization
- Strong LinkedIn profile / presence a must
- Experience with LinkedIn sales navigator preferred
- Ability to work & travel within the United States
