Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to become an integral part of our team. What You’ll Do

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
• Process credit card payments and apply payments to accounts
• Post transactions into QuickBooks
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Manage collections in a professional and customer-focused manner
• Generate aging reports and accounts receivable summaries
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of Accounts Receivable or accounting experience
• Strong QuickBooks experience (required)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Professional and confident communication skills
• Self-starter who takes initiative and learns quickly
