What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage customer relationships within your assigned territory
- Generate leads and actively prospect new business opportunities
- Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and consultations
- Recommend machines, tools, and accessories tailored to customer needs
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and close sales
- Coordinate with inside sales and support teams
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Progress through a structured training program—from entry-level equipment to advanced CNC machinery
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams while working remotely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
- Outside or territory sales experience preferred
- Mechanical or technical aptitude strongly preferred
- Comfortable using CRM systems and general computer tools
- Ability to travel regularly within the Baltimore-area territory
- Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows (U.S.)
- Woodworking or industrial equipment experience is a plus (not required)
