What You'll Do (Day to Day Job Duties)

• Assist in obtaining purchase orders and securing hospital pricing and approvals as needed for orders and billing.
• Work with Quality and field representatives on customer inquiries.
• Work with Engineering and Purchasing on creating and maintaining BOMs for sets.
• Daily and direct communication with customers and sales reps regarding any shortages and options; communicate same with Purchasing.
• Liaise with distributors and hospital staff on any pertinent issues.

Your Impact (CORE Responsibilities)                                                          

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections support.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support audits (internal and external) by preparing requested documentation and reconciling discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and assist with operational finance needs.
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies in the accounting workflow or ERP system.
• Enter sales orders and purchase orders in a timely manner, address back orders daily, and manage order confirmations to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Equivalent professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting functions within a corporate or manufacturing environment.
• Experience processing vendor invoices, customer payments, reconciliations, and account analysis in an ERP or accounting system.
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and standard accounting practices related to AP/AR functions.
• Experience supporting month-end closing activities, including account reconciliation and reporting, preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing, regulated industry, or high-volume transactional accounting environment is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems (such as Global Shop Solutions or similar accounting software)
