SAs may also have the opportunity to join our Nutrition Educators in conducting in-person training and, eventually, to give short presentations and demonstrations at summer feeding sites or partner agencies.
In addition, on days without specific nutrition education activities, SAs will assist in pairing recipe cards and nutrition education materials with food boxes for seniors and veterans. They may also assist with volunteers in placing these items into the boxes prior to distribution.
