Security Clearance: Verifiable DoD Secret (or higher) is Required

FedTec is seeking a PC Systems Specialist who will perform analytical, technical, and administrative work related to the planning, design, installation, and maintenance of personal computer systems. The Specialist will support moderately complex applications, engage with end users to identify requirements, and deliver solutions through custom programming, off-the-shelf software adaptation, or hardware optimization
.
Primary Duties and Responsibiliti
- esPerform planning, design, and installation of new and existing personal computer system
- s.Consult with end users to determine hardware and software needs based on operational requirement
- s.Develop programs or select and customize commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software to meet identified need
- s.Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripheral devices, and associated system softwar
- e.Administer and maintain telecommunications protocols as require
- d.Provide troubleshooting, diagnostic support, and resolution for hardware and software issue
- s.Train and support end users in the use of computer systems, software, and hardware tool
- s.Document system configurations, processes, and user instruction
- s.Ensure compliance with organizational policies regarding IT security and system acces

Basic Qualifications – Required Education, Certifications, Skills, and Experie
- nceBachelor's Degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; OR Associate Degree (AA) and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experien
