Agency Operations Support Intern – Summer 2026

What You’ll Do:
Gain hands-on experience with the tools and resources used to support FBFS agents and field team members
- Support product owners
- Maintain and manage team SharePoint Sites
Dive into the Agent Experience — analyzing it, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to their success
- Create visuals from agent experience surveys
- Analyze themes and trends from agent experience surveys
- Provide notes taking assistance for various workshopping sessions
- Assist in building new journey maps as requested
- Assist in managing the existing maps to ensure they reflect the current experience
- Research demographics of agents that may be added to Focus Groups or for preparation in upcoming focus groups
Receive structured, hands-on training and develop a deep understanding of the agent experience, while also gaining exposure to sales and field leadership.
- Provide support in meeting preparations
- Create and manage calendar invites
- Support program administration with reporting

- Be a current college student (Junior or Senior status).
- Be dependable, organized, and proactive.
- Maintain effective communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and be team focused.
- Learn quickly and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work part-time from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa.
