We are looking for a part-time Jr. AR Analyst to work weekends - Saturday and Sunday required with an option for additional hours on Friday and Monday. 16-30 hours a week.
Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Junior Analyst is responsible for the financial processing of accounts receivable transactions. Responsibility includes but is not limited to day-to-day input and reconciliation of transactions including recording daily production totals, production reporting, billing customers for service rendered, recording SO’s, inventory reconciliation, and assistance in financial statement presentation are all part of this position. The accounts receivable specialist must exercise discretion in executing essential functions and be able to work independently while following through on assignments and tasks.
Essential Functions
- Receiving, processing, verifying, reconciling, and distributing invoices for accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Resolving invoice or payment discrepancies.
- Compare system reports to balances and verify entries.
- Reconcile account transactions with the general ledger on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather, analyze, and interpret relevant production data.
- Stay informed of regulatory requirements and best practices.
- File and secure important and vital records related to job functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Associates’ degree in accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
- One (1) years of experience in accounting, office administration preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Pay: $20.00 - $31.00 per hour
