Technical Support Analyst

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
- 2 years experience in help desk or end-user support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent problem-solving an communication abilities
- Customer-focused proven support skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Nice to Have Skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft certifications
- Experience supporting virtual server environments
