Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments that hinder team progress and shield the team from external distractions.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and help them grow professionally.
- Understand how the project impacts business strategy and communicate this effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, including agile project delivery.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) preferred; or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) plus 3 years of experience.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate project vision and updates.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise to analyze complex issues.
