What You Will Do:

• Develop clean, efficient, and testable code aligned with project requirements.
• Support the resolution of system issues to ensure optimal client experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across business and technology.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
• Assist in evaluating new technologies and implement industry best standards.
• Follow information security protocols and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technology discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing, implementing, and supporting key components within applications or platforms.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and SQL/Oracle.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Prior support of commercial lending or related loan lifecycle areas.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and GitLab.
• Cloud architecture experience a plus.
• Experience working on geographically diverse teams.
