Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans including milestones, critical paths, and checkpoints.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify and clarify processes, especially where workflows are ambiguous.
- Analyze current operations and recommend technology solutions to increase efficiency, leveraging platforms like SharePoint, Workday, and Microsoft Office 365.
- Coordinate change management activities, including communication, training, and user adoption.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and resources, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation, including vendor coordination and financial tracking.
- Prepare clear, concise reporting and communicate project status to leadership.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of project management, process improvement, or related experience.
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and close projects on time and within scope.
- Strong communication skills, with experience delivering executive reports and facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience with enterprise tools like Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Lean Six Sigma.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing project scopes.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications are a plus.
