Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute tailored change management plans across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business KPIs.
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to project leaders, establishing strong relationships and securing approval for change initiatives.
- Create impactful change management deliverables such as Impact Assessments, Learning Needs Analyses, Communication Plans, and Readiness & Adoption Assessments.
- Drive stakeholder engagement through customized sponsorship and leadership toolkits, coaching, and the empowerment of change champions.
- Monitor and analyze adoption metrics, providing actionable insights to continuously optimize strategies.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to change adoption, resolving issues proactively.
- Report on change success metrics, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Coach and collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to embed change capabilities.
- Recommend process improvements and influence organizational dynamics to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience leading change management initiatives with proven success in driving adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Change Management Certification (Prosci, ACMP, CCMP, or similar).
- Deep expertise in designing and executing communication, engagement, and training programs.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with change management tools and platforms, including surveys and dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with AI tools and survey platforms is a plus.
- Ability to mentor and develop fellow change practitioners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of change management experience, especially within large-scale transformation projects.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Previous tenure in a program management or transformation office.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Knowledge of behavioral science principles as they relate to organizational change.
- Proven success in building and expanding change capabilities across organizations.
