The Corporate Function Program Management Office (CFPMO) is seeking an experienced Change Management Learning Consultant (Learning Consultant). You will be responsible to lead all facets of training on low to high complexity projects that require people to adopt new ways of working - from initial intake and needs assessment to developing, delivering, and measuring the impact of engaging training curriculum (eLearning, video, podcasts, etc.) that enable participants to learn new skills, behaviors, and/or ways of working and achieves project objectives (ROI). You will work closely with the project change manager, workstream leads, program leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on an overall learning approach that engages and inspires learners and delivers high adoption. In addition you will partner with global resources to effectively deliver work. The Learning Consultant will be part of the CFPMO Change Management Team. The CFPMO oversees the execution of projects and initiatives across Corporate Finance, Procurement, Enterprise Risk, Investment Management, Law, and HR & Employee Experience, as well as define and own project management standards across the company.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth training needs analysis and consult with business stakeholders, project resources and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps, determine training needs and create a training strategy incorporating the latest adult learning theories and design techniques.
- Ensure rigorous knowledge checks, learning metrics and learner survey are incorporated into all learning deliverables
- Ensure CFPMO training standards are followed (for internal and vendor produced/delivered training) and the training plan is incorporated into the change management and overall project plans
- Execute or lead the end-to-end training experience, including, but not limited to:
- Conducting Learning Needs Assessment & Summary, including resource plan, timeline, cost, storyboards, etc. - Creating Learning Strategy - Execute and/or oversee the creation, review, and approval of all training deliverables
- Lead measurement and evaluation of the training curriculum to ensure the curriculum is delivering the expected results, analyze results and adjust approach as appropriate
- Manage the LMS components to register learners, upload courses, create learning paths, etc.
- Identify and utilize AI technologies to create and deliver engaging curriculum
- Capable of applying knowledge to the most complex projects, to design, develop and manage the training curriculum to support stakeholder learning needs
- Participate in project work as assigned, including consulting with vendors, business analysts or other project team members
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 years of broad and progressive experience in the L&D space
- Advanced level of experience consulting with project leaders, subject matter experts, etc. to complete in-depth learning needs analysis, identify skill gaps, and create engaging learning experiences to ensure strong adoption
- Experience with Workday learning management system and SharePoint to deploy and manage training curriculum
- Advanced experience working with learning authoring tools: specifically Articulate 360, as well as other tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Snagit and SharePoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated abilities to communicate effectively (written and oral)
- Proficient understanding of project management methodologies
- Exposure to Project Management tools including but not limited to: Jira, or MS Project, LucidSuite, as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
