Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you’ll do more than sell insurance—you’ll help individuals, families, and businesses protect what they’ve worked hard to build while developing a rewarding career of your own.

You’ll connect with prospective and existing clients, uncover their insurance needs, and recommend personalized Auto, Home, Business, and other Property & Casualty insurance solutions. From generating and following up on sales opportunities to building long-term client relationships, you’ll play an important role in both your clients’ financial protection and the continued growth of our agency.

What You'll Do

• Generate and follow up with new sales leads

• Identify client insurance needs and coverage gaps

• Prepare, present, and close insurance quotes

• Recommend and sell appropriate coverage solutions

• Cross-sell additional insurance products

• Build long-term client relationships

• Assist clients with policy changes and coverage reviews

• Maintain accurate client and sales records

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated, professional, and career-minded individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers protect what matters most. Previous insurance experience is helpful, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important.

Licensing Requirement: Candidates must currently hold or be willing to obtain an Alabama Property & Casualty Insurance License before beginning employment. The Hadder Agency offers partial reimbursement of eligible licensing costs after successful completion of the training period.

Salary : $50,487 - $60,568
