The Steve Davis Agency with Farmers Insurance is seeking a driven, motivated Insurance Sales Agent (Producer) to join our growing team in Harrison, AR.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and provided leads
- Conduct thorough needs-based consultations with clients
- Educate clients on coverage options across home, auto, life, and commercial insurance
- Customize insurance solutions to fit each client’s unique needs
- Close sales and consistently meet or exceed production goals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve client inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals
- Stay current on insurance products, market trends, and compliance requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
- Prior sales experience required (insurance sales preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Coachable with a desire to learn and grow
- Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
- High ethical standards and integrity
