INSURANCE PRODUCER (NO LICENSE REQUIRED – WE TRAIN YOU FAST)
We are hiring immediately for a Property & Casualty Insurance Producer.
No license? No problem — we will help you get licensed in 30 days.
BUT this is NOT for everyone.
This is for people who:

✔ Are coachable, disciplined, and competitive
✔ Are comfortable working from a desk and making calls
If you’re looking for something easy, flexible, or low-pressure — this is NOT it.
COMPENSATION
- Base: $1,200 paid twice per month ($2,400/month)
- Commission: Generous uncapped (real income comes from production)
- Bonus: LARGE bonus once premium goals are met
— This role is designed for someone who wants to earn $60K–$100K by producing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work inbound provided leads
- Quote, follow up, and close auto home insurance
- Make outbound calls and manage your pipeline daily
- Build bundles and maximize premium per client
This is a production role. Activity = income.
LICENSING REQUIREMENT (READ CAREFULLY)
You must obtain your Property & Casualty license within 30 days.
We will:
✔ Provide guidance and a clear study plan
✔ Reimburse your licensing costs after you pass
✔ Pay a CASH BONUS if completed within 30 days
You must:
✔ Start within 24–48 hours of being hired
✔ Commit 3–5 hours/day to studying
✔ Take this seriously — most people don’t finish
