This is a paid, project-based internship. Insurance sales, client advising, and other regulated activities are excluded unless the intern is appropriately licensed and authorized.

Responsibilities
- Research potential commercial referral partners and develop an organized prospect database.
- Support local business outreach research and market analysis.
- Help track sales funnel activity, lead sources, and business development results.
- Research marketing opportunities and assist with approved content projects.
- Document workflows and recommend practical process improvements.
- Build reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and project summaries.
- Manage one primary project from planning through final presentation.
- Attend weekly check-ins and communicate progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Currently enrolled in an approved local college.
- Available approximately 12–15 hours per week during the agreed schedule.
- Strong writing, research, organization, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, presentations, and digital tools.
- Self-starter who can take ownership of a project and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn about insurance, entrepreneurship, marketing, and business operations.
- Professionalism and ability to protect confidential business information.
